On July 4th<\/sup>, the Prime Minister of Montenegro, Milojko Spaji\u0107, was received at the Magistral Palace by the Grand Chancellor of the Sovereign Order of Malta, Riccardo Patern\u00f2 di Montecupo, accompanied by the Order\u2019s delegation composed by the Ambassador of the Order to Montenegro, Narciso Salvo di Pietraganzili,\u00a0 the Secretary General of Foreign Affairs, Giampaolo Cantini, and the staff of the Order.<\/p>\n

The meeting was also attended by the Deputy Prime Minister for International Affairs and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Montenegro, Ervin Ibrahimovi\u0107.<\/p>\n

During the talks, the excellent state of bilateral relations was reaffirmed, along with the Order’s commitment—through its Embassy in Podgorica—to exploring possible areas of cooperation, particularly in the field of public health.<\/p>\n

Concern was also expressed over humanitarian crises and human rights violations, especially in relation to the ongoing conflict in Ukraine. The Prime Minister and the Grand Chancellor emphasized the importance of a joint commitment to the promotion of diplomacy, dialogue, and a multilateral approach to global challenges.<\/p>\n

The meeting also served to speed up preparations for the official visit of the Grand Master of the Order of Malta, Fra’ John T.
